Annam Ponni Boiled Rice 5kg

unfortunately we are really disappointed with the first order, we made with you. The packaging was very unsecure which led to damage and spillage of two of the packets - Sella Basmati rice and Besan Flour. We are aware of the accidental damage which may or could occur during a delivery, but sadly this was due to lack of cushioning during the packaging. There were no bubble wrap around the products, even the glass bottle (pickle bottle) was simply put inside the box without any bubble wrap.

I hope you'll take more care during packaging from now on.
