Cooking Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
2. In a large pot, add 2 cups of water for every cup of rice.
3. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.

5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the rice simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
6. Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
